TOOLS
Emveedo's analytical tools are built and owned by the same engineers who use them. They exist to make every assessment more consistent, every decision more defensible, and every engagement more accountable — not as products, but as instruments of practice.
EPSA is Emveedo's assessment engine — built to implement Energy Institute standards for piping vibration and tubing integrity with precision and traceability. It covers four assessment mechanisms, each grounded in recognised industry guidance and applied by the Emveedo Technical Authority across every engagement.
EPSA supports engineering judgement. It does not replace it. Every result is reviewed and interpreted by a qualified TA before it reaches a client.
EI 3160 — Guidelines for the Avoidance of Vibration-Induced Fatigue Failure in Process Pipework — covering FIV, AIV, and SBC
EI 3080 — Guidelines for Design, Installation, and Management of Small Bore Tubing Assemblies — covering instrument and high-pressure tubing
Span, support classification, fluid properties, and velocity-based LOF assessment
High-pressure gas and relief system assessment with multi-source acoustic power evaluation
Fatigue assessment for instrument branches, drains, and vents on vibrating parent lines
Design, installation, and integrity assessment for instrument tubing and high-pressure connections

Veriem™ — Real-time integrity status. Governed by the Emveedo Technical Authority.
Veriem is the live integrity monitoring platform behind every RAW engagement. It connects assessment outputs to operational reality — tracking drift from the assessed design basis, managing open actions, and producing the Integrity Status Certificate when conditions are met.
No status change reaches the client without Technical Authority review. The platform operates as a governance layer — not simply a dashboard.
