Where integrity
matters most

Emveedo operates in high-consequence environments where piping system integrity is critical to safety, reliability, and operational continuity.

Sector-specific understanding

Each sector presents its own operating conditions, constraints, and failure modes.

Our role is not to apply generic engineering methods, but to interpret system behaviour within the context of each environment — recognising where risks emerge, how they evolve, and what they require.

Sectors

01

Offshore & FPSO

High-pressure systems, complex flow regimes, and vibration-sensitive configurations are common across offshore assets.

Our work addresses both new developments and operating facilities, focusing on vibration risk, fatigue exposure, and design integrity across the asset lifecycle — from FEED through to late-life operation.

02

Refining & Petrochemicals

Refining and petrochemical facilities combine high-temperature process units, complex piping networks, and continuous operation, where vibration and fatigue exposure accumulate steadily across the plant lifecycle.

We assess piping integrity across process units, utility systems, and interconnecting pipework — addressing vibration risk, flexibility, and fatigue exposure in facilities where unplanned downtime carries significant operational and safety consequence.

03

LNG & Gas Processing

Gas processing facilities present elevated risk due to high velocities, pressure drops, and acoustic energy generated across control and relief systems.

We assess flow-induced and acoustic vibration mechanisms, particularly around relief systems, control valves, and compressor-related piping where conventional screening is often insufficient.

04

Hydrogen & Energy Transition

Hydrogen systems introduce integrity challenges that are not fully addressed by conventional piping standards — including high-pressure operation, material sensitivity, and evolving design guidance.

Our work focuses on early-stage design and verification, ensuring that vibration, fatigue, and system behaviour are properly considered from the outset, before design decisions become difficult to reverse.

05

Pharmaceutical & Process Industries

Controlled process environments require consistent system performance, stable operation, and minimal disruption. While conditions differ from upstream energy systems, the consequences of failure remain significant in terms of product integrity and downtime.

We assess system behaviour where flow conditions, vibration, and fatigue can affect reliability — applying the same engineering discipline to environments where stability and continuity are critical.

06

Life Extension & Brownfield Assets

Ageing facilities present accumulated fatigue exposure, degradation, and operational drift from original design assumptions — often without a complete record of what has changed.

We assess integrity and life extension requirements, providing clarity on continued operation, modification priorities, and intervention requirements.

Across sectors, the same principle applies

While operating environments differ, the underlying challenge remains consistent — understanding how piping systems behave in reality, not only in models or analysis.

Our work focuses on identifying where integrity risk exists, how it develops, and what action is required to maintain safe operation.
